Along with Soft Touch Whitening, Dr. Nack has a private practice dedicated to cosmetic and family dentistry located in Parker, Colorado. Dr. Nack is a graduate of the University of Washington Dental School (1985), served in the US Navy for seven years after graduation and then returned to the Pacific Northwest (where he is from) to open a successful dental practice in Westport, Washington.

Moving to Colorado in late 1999 he realized the need for an easier system for those who wanted to simply whiten their teeth. Refining the system of offering at home whitening kits came after many months of working with flight attendants at their domiciles and recognizing a need to simplify the process. "After serving over 1000 customers in the airline industry alone, I was able to create and develop this whitening kit for everyone."
